Firefly Education Network Refund Policy

We strive to provide a valuable experience for every Firefly user. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund.
1. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Monthly and annual membership fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2. COURSE PURCHASES
Individual course purchases made through the Firefly platform are subject to the refund terms set by the course instructor. If no instructor-specific policy is listed, the default is:
Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
Only if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
Refund requests must be submitted via [support@fireflyedu.org]
3. INSTRUCTOR SERVICES
Firefly is not responsible for instructor-led services (e.g., live tutoring, private coaching). Refunds for these services must be arranged directly with the instructor.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience platform malfunctions that prevent access to paid content, please contact support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a credit or refund where appropriate.
5. TOKEN-BASED REWARDS
FFED tokens earned on the platform are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or exchange and carry no financial value outside of the Firefly ecosystem.
6. CHANGES TO POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to our website.
